Now I aint drunk much Chinese wine in my time, and this bottle might be the reason of that.  Hints of turpentine, lashings of vinegar, subtle amounts of Shaoxing.  Mmm mmn.  Classy.  I can see why the people of HK are not overly fond of being ‘repatriated’ to China if this is what you have to drink.
