Such as drinking Dom Perignon ’53 above the temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit.  That’s just as bad as listening to the Beatles without earmuffs.

Okay, so it is not vintage Dom, nor was it served just above zero, but it was good, and called Spy Valley, so it deserved a Bond quote.  This Echelon made average bubbles like LinDommer taste like a slightly stale wet tea towels.

Also, the neck foil wasn’t all ripped and stuff on this bottle like normal, so it makes a better photo, so I have been told.  I am not convinced.

$30 a bottle or so.  Go get some.
