Night follows day, rain follows sun, IQ follows SQM.  Actually I don’t think that is how the old saying goes.  Helpfully labelled New Zealand Sparkling Wine.  It was.

Pretty light Rosé, a little bitter at the back end, could have been a little bit more, you know, better?  However overall pretty damn good, half the price of the noisy bird that preceded it.  Good Saturday all round.
