Oh how the might have fallen.  This was the go to bottle a few years ago.  Had that kind of bordeaux feel, but a hell of a lot cheaper.  Every vintage has got subtle crapper.

On the plus side it is still one heck of a deal at $15, pretty good value at $18.  If you can get the Grand Mercure however, you will be in lion country.  Take it and run.
