This is the companion to the Rosé. Less greasy, no Sam Losco slinging cheeseburgers to Randy in this one. I have had this before, and didn’t like it then. This time round it wasn’t so bad, a pretty decent bubbling starter to the evening.
Pretty fresh, almost has a hint of a sparkling Sav Blanc to it, backed ups the expected yeast. The last glass was more acidic, as it had warmed slightly by that point, but overall I can’t complain. It was ten bux even.
