Got to do a bit of work up Kumeu way, and was sucked in by the ‘sale’ sign at the cellar door. I don’t think there were any great specials, but there was a buch of great wine.

2016 Gizzy Malbec. Pretty fine drinkable bit of juice here. Enough tannins to remind you of the grape, but easy enough to drink that you don’t need a big meal with it.

Would buy again.
