So there is a wine club that Gibbston have, cheaperish wine than the RRP if you buy a dozen or so a year from them.  Broken down it is 4 packages a year, 3 bottles at a time.  This made the cut in every box this year for a reason.

Well made kiwi style methode.  Pretty dry.  Not too bitter.

This one can handle a little more temperature variation when drinking, i.e. it doesn’t have to be super cold.  Don’t put it in the kettle an boil it, but if you leave it on the table for 30 minutes or so you won’t be crying about how much better it could have been colder.
