Back in the day when there were irish ways, and irish laws (stand up for the cause), I drank a fair bit of a NZ method wine called Amadeus Classic Reserve.  I think it was all made from one vintage in 1993, and it was released in the late 90’s early 00’s.

It kicked ass.

So did this.

I know it is a cheap vintage champagne (although not in the states where one supplier has a $500 price tag on it).  I don’t care.  This was light, bready, and dry.  As good as the deutz.

Recommended if you can get it for a good NV price*.
